PRE-PAINTED ALU-ZINC (AZ100)

Over and above its obvious aesthetic attributes “Pre-painted AZ100” paint coats are

designed to provide superior corrosion protection under conditions where performance of

galvanised products may prove inadequate.

Base steel material is of L.F.Q. (lock forming quality) and exhibits high form-ability and

elasticity to facilitate laminated panel profiles without damage to the various coatings on

base metal skins and steel.

Pre-painted coatings are applied onto aluzinc coated substrate which has good coastal

applications with improved value over normal galvanised material. Backing coats of epoxy

primer enable the bonding of adhesives for “continuous line” panel production.

Superb corrosion resistance and paint adhesion is maintained by rigid quality control and regular quality control testing at all stages of production to maintain consistent thickness of base metal and coatings.

Pre-painted AZ100 is intended for panel applications from Mediterranean coastal conditions to hygiene-safe environments within the distribution and production market sectors.
